Topic: Protecting Lake George from storm water pollution/runoff and invasive species

• Has enough measure been taken to prevent the use of fertilizers on properties surrounding the lake?
• Is limiting access to the lake by mandating fee's, boat inspections, licensing/permitting, etc. fair to the general public or does it solely benefit wealthier upper class citizens?
• Is attempting to manage storm water by cleaning, filtering, and routing, the runoff economically feasible and/or sensible? Or is it to expensive and will it prove to not matter when powerful storms such as Irene hit the Lake George region? 
• Where should the funding come from for projects that will aim to address these issues?
